● Once an order has been placed, we require 1–3 business days to process it. During weekdays, this usually takes one day, but if you place an order on Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take slightly longer.
● After processing, your order will be shipped. The average delivery time is 8–12 business days.

Please note that all orders are shipped completely free of charge. Click “Continue to Payment” and select your preferred payment method. All payment options on Haurelle are SSL encrypted, ensuring a safe payment environment. Pay using credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa), bank transfer, EPS, or direct payment.
