Return policy

Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agree to the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.

Returns:

Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your product to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as received—unused and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is essential, items must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

Exclusions: Due to hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain personal care items.

How to initiate a return:
If you wish to return a product, please send an email to: info@movena.nl with your order number, reason for return, a photo of the item if damaged, and your contact details.


Refunds:

Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed within 30 days to your credit card or original method of payment.

Delayed or missing refunds:
If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please first check your bank account again. If you still have not received it, please contact us at [webshop email].


Costs:

Return shipping: All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a Track & Trace service, as we are not responsible for lost returns. Returns must be sent to China, with costs starting from €20, which are the customer's responsibility.


Exceptions:

Defective or incorrect items: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement free of charge. If the replacement is still incorrect or defective, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Order cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to our automated processing system.
